Audit Classes and Registration

Students are invited to audit a class when:

  • They are not enrolled in a 2-year program, and

  • They do not wish to receive grades or credit for the course they are enrolling in

Students who are auditing courses should plan to attend each class, sit for lectures, and participate in in-class activities. Homework is not mandatory for audit students unless faculty indicate different on their course syllabus. Audit students are not eligible to participate in summer internships or graduation. To register for a class as an audit student:

  • Register with the SOM as an audit student (see below)

  • Pay one-time SOM Registration fee of $75.00

  • Register for the course they want to attend (see below for the audit courses currently available)

  • All fees must be paid before the first day of class

WO 250: Instruments, Songwriting and Developing the Prophetic

COST: $249

This class will entice the student to develop their prophetic gift through songwriting and instruments.

MI 250: Glocal Evangelism, Preaching, and Teaching

This course focuses on strategies for evangelism, preaching, and teaching the scriptures in a cultural context. Students will also learn the differences between the three, how to ensure that their messages are being received appropriately, and practical ways to develop small homilies through lesson planning.

Students will survey the Old Testament canon from Genesis through Malachi with emphasis placed on major themes and structure and its relationship to the New Testament.
