• Carlos Flores

    Pastor Carlos received a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Fresno Pacific College and attended Western Evangelical Seminary. He became the founding pastor of East River Fellowship 20 years ago after pastoring in Los Angeles for 3 years. Pastor Carlos previously taught and co-led two church-sponsored Bible colleges. His passion is to see ministry leaders fully prepared for the good, the bad, and the ugly of ministry in the 21st century.

  • Daniel Aguilar

    Pastor Daniel Aguilar is the Associate Pastor at East River Fellowship in Hillsboro, Oregon since 2012. Daniel graduated from Multnomah University with a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Theology, and Pastoral Ministry. He is married to Sonja Aguilar and they have two sons. Daniel has authored 2 books: Unshakeable: The Life of a True Jesus Follower and The Weapons of Our Warfare: Living Victoriously in Jesus Christ.

  • Tami Firman

    Pastor Tami Firman is the Missions Pastor at East River Fellowship in Hillsboro, Oregon. Tami’s relationship with Jesus began July 27, 1973 and she’s never looked back. She has 30 years of teaching experience, 35 years in missions, and 40 years serving in the church. From leading worship, teaching Operation Solid Lives a discipleship program, Bible studies, counseling, restoration, and equipping the next generation for ministry and service, Tami does anything the Lord calls her to!

  • Chase McCartney

    Chase McCartney and his wife, Keely, have been married since 2012 and have two sons, Caleb and Lucas. They served in youth ministry together for over ten years. Chase was a devout atheist until he was 20 years old when he radically met Jesus. He is passionate about teaching others to behold Jesus through the Word of God unto a life marked by wholehearted devotion.

  • Keely McCartney

    Keely and her husband, Chase, are high school sweethearts and have been married since 2012. They have two sons, Caleb and Lucas. Keely’s passion in life is to raise a generation of lovers and worshipers of Jesus Christ. Her heart longs to see 24/7 prayer and worship established, centered purely around ministering to the Lord. Keely has a B.A. in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Youth Ministry from Grand Canyon University and served in youth ministry for over 10 years.

  • Chad Geppert

    Chad grew up in Minnesota, travelled the world as an Engineer, married the beautiful Peng-Huei Liao (Grace) from Taiwan, begat three energetic children (Isaiah, Hadassah, Elias), received his Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from University of Minnesota, started a career in Lithography at Intel, and through biblical discipleship (OSL) had his life radically ignited by the One who made and loves him. He serves as an elder at East River Fellowship.

  • Louisa Partain

    Louisa spent the first 30 years of her career working in local Emergency Medical Services as a healthcare provider, educator and later in Public Health overseeing a county-wide EMS system. Today she is the Connections Ministry Pastor and Dean of Students for East River Fellowship. She obtained her Bacelors’s of Healthcare Administration at Pacific University and has been joyfully walking with the Lord since youth and serving him faithfully in whatever capacity He leads. Her passion is to see lives transformed by the power of God.

  • Jay Held

    Jay Held began following Jesus at seventeen years of age and has served him through the local church since 1980. He has developed leaders for ministry since 1992. He married Laureen in March 1988. They have four grown children.

  • Doug Donaldson

    Doug Donaldson attended college at L.I.F.E. Bible College, Kings Institute, and Fuller Theological Seminary. He has been in pastoral ministry for over 20 years leading youth and worship ministries, and has a special affinity for men's ministry. He is the pastor of East River Fellowship's discipleship training program (Operation Solid Lives), and teaches courses for the School of Ministry Worship track. Doug is married to Jill, The Beloved. They have 4 kids and 10 grand kids.

  • Steve McKinney

    Steve has been a missionary, pastor, evangelist, and church planter for over 25 years. He currently serves Gateway Mission Assembly in Metro Manila, Philippines, a church he founded, as Pastor Emeritus. He serves on the mission committee of Mannahouse Church and is guest lecturer at the Portland Bible College and at the East River School of Ministry.

    Steve is married to Amy and they have three amazing sets of sons and daughters in-law and four grandsons.
